   Shadisms are quotes that Eric Shade has been reported to have said during various lectures.

"Who is Eric Shade?"

   Eric Shade is a professor of Computer Science at Missouri State University. His faculty page can be reached at this link.

"What did Eric Shade say?"

   Here is a page that contains the Shadisms as they were collected. I did not do the collecting. There was once a website with these quotes. As far as I know, the website is no longer up. It used to be cached by Google, but it no longer appears to be there.

"Where is the Firefox plugin?"

   Here is the Shadisms Firefox plugin. You can download the .xpi file and then drag and drop it into your Firefox browser to install it. After installed, you simply click the 'Shade said what?' button in the menu to see Shade's smiling face and a random quote. It currently works with all versions of Firefox up to and including Firefox 3.
